
What to Wear – RBLA Athletes
Tiny Tots
Tiny Tots are to wear either a plain white shirt or the club polo with their registration number, Tiny Tots patch and Coles badge sewn onto their shirt. Tint Tots are to wear plain black shorts or bike pants and closed in sport shoes.
U6-U17 club uniforms are compulsory
U6-U17 club uniforms are compulsory and available for purchase online:

RBLA Crop Top $40.

Bottoms and Shoes
Plain Black Shorts – club does not sell.
Plain Bike pants – club does not sell.
Plain Black Tights – club does not sell.
NO Logos or Branding showing.
Shoes
Sports shoes that are suitable for running, jumping and throwing are required.
Spikes
U11-U12 Athletes can wear spikes for fixed lane running events as well as long jump, triple jump, high jump, and javelin . But not permitted for 800m , 1500m shotput or discus.
U12-U17 athletes can wear spikes in all running events as well as long jump, triple jump, high jump and javelin. but not permitted for shotput or discus.
Spike Safety.
Please not due to safety reasons athletes can only wear spikes at the immediate event start position, during the race/event and at the immediate end position. Spikes cannot be word at any other time; they must be removed and hand carried between each event. If athletes wear spikes at any time other than that described they risk being disqualified.
